Ashcroft Capital Reviews

Retirement brings with it a host of decisions — especially for those looking to make the most of the assets they’ve worked hard to build. For Chad M., stepping away from the business world meant it was time to find reliable income that didn’t require constant oversight. After exploring several avenues, Chad came across Ashcroft Capital and discovered a way to invest in multifamily real estate without the demands of direct property ownership.

“And after selling the business, I was looking for options for passive income going into the future,” Chad explains. “And so that's kind of how I stumbled upon Ashcroft Capital. Multifamily was an area that I always wanted to invest in, and so instead of going out and buying it on my own, [I was able] to take baby steps with Ashcroft and learn a little bit about it through Ashcroft.”

Chad’s experience highlights a common challenge for retirees: how to reinvest capital without adding complexity to daily life. For him, the solution was syndication — allowing him to benefit from real estate’s earning potential while letting experienced teams handle operations.

“So far,” he shares, “I have received a distribution every single month. It's achieving exactly what I wanted.”

For investors in similar situations — those transitioning out of a career or business — Chad’s story demonstrates how real estate can serve as a dependable second chapter. Rather than putting all his assets into the stock market, he chose to diversify in a way that matched his goals and comfort level.

“I sold my business and I didn't want to just put all the proceeds from the sale into the stock market,” he notes. “I wanted to kind of diversify.”
